When i got my 8.1 update, i saw a new setting in my phone Project My Screen . I was trying to make it work, and finally I succeeded with the help of google + + etc. So here is how you can do it. 1. Download and install project my screen windows application from here 2. Install the application in to your PC 3. Run the application 4. Connect your phone with a datacable 5. You phone will show something like the below screen. ouch!! my old screen shot buttons changed?? Okay, try that now.. 6. Click Yes, and you can see your screen on your PC <3..

Here i will give steps on how you can remove existing win phone drivers from your PC 1. Connect your phone 2. Go to Device Manager      My computer (Right Click) > Manage >  select Device Manager (Left Pane) [See below screens] 3. Uninstall the phone showing under portable devices and the USB devices listed in the name of         phone as marked below.

I had an  interest to develop some apps for phones and publish it some were in stores. But i too dont have a specific start. I tried to start from several points and left aside because of 'No Time' and "Laziness''. Another big reason was i need a developer account to test and publish the stuff which requires initial payment and i was not willing to do so as i am confused about how i should bring this plan up. I tried it and somehow it was not so interesting for me. As all the windows phone users, i am too excited to upgrade my existing win 8 phone to 8.1. The notification center which is really awaited one will be in action as action center! Hey guys, With the latest Lumia Black update, you will be able to end applications directly without clicking back  <- back <- back <-.. Just update your windows 8 phone.
